I made the decision to pursue a real estate career in my hometown of Chicago immediately after graduating from Miami University with a Business and Communications degree. After being an agent for 12 years and leading a top-producing real estate team in Chicago for several years in a row, I expanded into the North Shore market. Having grown up in Wilmette and Lake Forest and spending my adult life in Chicago, I am able to provide personal insight on both markets and provide my clients with the best knowledge and service you can find.
Back in Chicago, I launched my own brokerage-turned-team, Z Chicago, to expand on the client-first brand I had become known for locally. So, it was only natural that I name my new business, Z North Shore.
The “Z” is not just to simplify the pronunciation of my last name (although it’s a nice benefit). Rather, it illustrates my commitment to my clients throughout every step of the transaction and homeownership process. I’m there at those first steps of gaining pre-approval or receiving a custom market valuation, all the way to locating the best contractors for new home renovations or locating a reliable mover. My service is truly A to Z.
In the past decade, I have closed over 1,200 residential sales and rental transactions, and I’m immensely grateful for the relationships I’ve developed with the buyers, sellers, renters, and investors who have trusted me with their real estate decisions. I’m proud to call many of them my close personal friends.
The reason I am so committed to my business (to my wife’s dismay) is because I love my day-to-day, and even more, finding my clients the home of their dreams or helping them recoup the highest possible return on investment. I am extremely transparent, some say to a fault, and incredibly responsive to all my clients. I answer requests on evenings, early mornings, and holidays in addition to normal business hours. I also occasionally make OK jokes.
